A great time with Christophe!!!

You may remember my post “Never fool a chef… and more” or you may not but here is the thing: our friend Chef Christophe is awesome!!! And his wife is as awesome. We visited them in Bowen Island B.C. during the month of March and had a fantastic time with both of them.

Christophe introduced us to his Café and Bakery and delighted us with some of his dishes. If you have never been in Bowen Island, it is time to go and visit Artisan Eats. I loved the food and the pastries and the coffee and everything I consumed there. Thanks so much for everything!!!

Christophe is an excellent chef and together with his wife, they make for a great team. The location is fantastic and simply the ride to Bowen Island is an experience.
