Peanut butter sandwich.


Peanut butter is a wonderful source of protein and calories. A simple way of staying alive until the next grocery store is by making a peanut butter sandwich.

Ingredients:
1 Banana
A piece of bread
Spoon of peanut butter

Preparation:
1)Cut bread
2)Add peanut butter
3)Add banana in pieces
4)Accompany with coffee if available
