Junky bisquicks.

This recipe is quite simple and we have to thank our friend Seonaid for introducing us to Bisquick… The first time we made it was in Whitehorse. Delicious!!!

Ingredients:
2 Cups of Bisquick
1 Cup of water

Preparation:
1) Mix Bisquick with water and cook portions as desired on a frying pan and you will get a type of pancake.
2) This can be accompanied with eggs, mustard and tomatoes if available but if not simply with butter or anything you may have at the time.
