As we travel our recipes and our diet will improve, it is not easy to cook when either there is not much available (remember we are not on major highways) and/or we just need to recover from a long day of riding (our brain needs to process a lot of information)…
Ingredients:
Ham
Rice
Jalapeno
Onion
Mushrooms
Olive oil
Seasoning salt
Pepper
Preparation:
1) Cook the amount of rice needed and cover it when done to keep it warm.
2) Cook the ham with a bit of onion, mushrooms and jalapeno. Add seasoning salt and pepper to taste.
3) Serve the rice and on top the mix prepared in number 2.
4) If you worry about the secondary effect of the beans, let me tell you… when camping everything is forgiven…
