Ingredients:
Tuna/fish
Rice
Carrots
Jalapeno
Onion
Mushrooms
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
1) Cook the amount of rice needed and cover it when done to keep it warm.
2) In another pan use a little bit of olive oil to give some colour to a piece of onion, jalapeno, carrots and slices of mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3) When serving place the rice, on top the mix created in number 2 and a little bit of can tuna or fish.
