Pouchy Kenora sandwich salad

Finding a place on the side of the road has become easier, we can make our home pretty much anywhere. Ontario has so far the most expensive camping, we could get a hotel room for the same amount of money in other provinces but I have to say that their campgrounds are well taken care of. This easy dish was created on the side of the road about 40 km South of Kenora, Ontario.

Ingredients:
Thin buns or can also use pita bread
Tuna
Cheese
Cucumber
Avocado
Salt
Olive oil
Spicy green pepper

Preparation:
1) Open the thin buns and add the tuna and cheese.
2) Grill the bun.
3) Cut slices of cucumber and avocado and mix them up.
4) Add salt and olive oil to your salad.
5) Use a pepper to heat up and enjoy...
